Are there any restrictions to consider before purchasing an experience?

Some experiences do have specific requirements - like age, height, weight, health conditions, or other factors - to make sure everyone stays safe and has a great time. You’ll find these details listed on each experience page, and we also share them again during the booking process.

We do our best to include all the important info up front, but if you're ever unsure or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we're happy to help!

Just a heads-up: it’s the recipient’s responsibility to make sure they meet the experience’s requirements before taking part. If someone can’t participate because they don’t meet the provider’s criteria, unfortunately, the booking can’t be refunded.
