What is your returns policy?

Experience purchases made directly with Virgin Gifts, that have not yet been redeemed, may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

Our e-Gift Cards are not refundable. 

Refunds are made only to the original purchaser in accordance with the original payment method.

To request a refund, please reach out to our friendly team who can help. 

TIP: If you're out of the 14 day window and the voucher is no longer suitable, you're able to exchange your voucher to another experience of ours via your account.
