To check when to expect to be able to redeem your voucher, you can check out the 'Availabilty' section against each product on the website. This will inform you if it runs daily, selected days of the week and what time etc..
But, live availabilty is not visible until you've registered your voucher. Then depending how the specific experience is booked, you'll then be provided with one of the below booking options:
- An instant live, booking calendar
- The direct experience providers contact details to find out availabilty and book directly with them
- A booking form, showing current live availabilty, to select and submit your booking request through to our team
You do not need to request a booking date prior to purchase, this happens once you've purchased and registered the voucher. If the date you're looking for is not available, you can exchange your voucher. Or request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date - on un-used vouchers.
