Have an Account with us? 
Purchaser? - the voucher should sit within your 'My Orders' tab within your Account for you to access

Recipient? - providing you've already registered the voucher, re-visit your Account and it will sit under the "My Vouchers" tab

Still not found it? 
Drop our lovely team a message with all the details, and they can help you! The below info will help our team be able to locate this for you: 
- Order reference number 
- Date of purchase 
- Purchaser name & email 
- What the missing experience voucher is for 
- Recipient email (if sent directly to recipient)
