If you've exchanged to an experience, or booked an option that is less value than your voucher value, the remaining balance will stay against your voucher, within your Account.
You can then use this to exchange for something else, and you can do this as many times as you need to use up the entire voucher balance.
The remaining balance will never expire, so you have plenty of time to use it up.
