Click “Redeem your voucher” from the voucher itself, or go to “Got a voucher?” to register it.
Create a Virgin Gifts account (your voucher will be stored there). If you already have an account, simply register your voucher to it.
Book your experience
Go to “Book now” within your account.
Follow the on-screen steps to select your experience and book your date.
Booking methods vary depending on the experience:
- Instant online calendar booking
- Booked directly with the experience provider via phone or email
- Booked via our Customer Service team
