  • Purchaser - the voucher should sit within your 'My Orders' tab within your Account for you to access
  • Recipient - providing you've already registered the voucher, re-visit your Account and it will sit under the "My Vouchers" tab

  • Order reference number 
  • Date of purchase 
  • Purchaser name & email 
  • What the missing experience voucher is for 
  • Recipient email (if sent directly to recipient)
