How do I check availability of an experience before I purchase it?

You can get an idea of when your experience can be redeemed by checking the “Availability” section on each product page. This shows:

  • Whether the experience runs daily or on selected days

  • The typical times it’s offered

Live availability isn’t visible until after you’ve purchased and registered your voucher. Once registered, booking depends on the experience:

  • Instant live booking calendar – book directly online in real time

  • Direct provider contact – get the experience provider’s details to check availability and book directly

  • Booking form via our team – see current live availability and submit your booking request

You don’t need to select a date before buying, this happens after your purchase.

If the date you want isn’t available:

  • You can exchange your voucher

  • Or request a refund within 14 days of purchase (for unused vouchers)
